DOES APORO MARC SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship internationally to many different countries all over the globe. The list of countries can be found during checkout under the shipping tab. If you do not see your country, please contact service@aporomarc.com to see if shipping is available to your area.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes during checkout based on the ship to country. You will not be required to pay your country any additional customs fees after your order is placed. Unfortunately, for international orders shipped outside of the United States, we are unable to refund any shipping fees, duties, taxes, charges, or delivery costs you paid when placing your order. You will be refunded the tax-free price of the products should they be returned.

HOW DO APORO MARC SHOES FIT?
APORO MARC shoes are crafted using European sizing. In general, they fit true to size, but due to the handmade nature, slight variations may occur. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best comfort.
THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT CAN I DO?
If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page. You will receive an email as soon as it becomes available again. Limited edition items may not be restocked.
HOW DOES RESERVING AN ITEM WORK?
Reserving an item allows you to secure your size before the product is available to ship. Payment will be processed at checkout, and your item will ship as soon as it becomes available.
DO YOU OFFER A RESOLING OR REFURBISHING SERVICE?
Yes, APORO MARC offers a refurbishing program for select styles. This includes professional resoling, refinishing, and conditioning. Please contact our customer care team for more details and eligibility.

All APORO MARC shoes are handcrafted in Almansa, Spain, a region known for its shoemaking tradition that spans generations.

APORO MARC shoes are made from premium leathers, suedes, and textiles. Each material type is carefully selected for quality and durability. The specific material is indicated on the product description page for every style.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY APORO MARC SHOES?
To maintain your APORO MARC shoes, use a soft brush or cloth to remove dirt and dust. Apply conditioner and polish regularly to keep the leather supple. Store them with shoe trees in a cool, dry place to preserve their shape.
DO YOUR SHOES HAVE A WARRANTY?
Yes, APORO MARC shoes are backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or alterations.
